Terms and Conditions

Fees for one-day courses are £150 per delegate including materials, refreshments and a finger buffet lunch.

Krista HR Ltd reserves to right to vary workshop content, timings and other programme elements including the date and venue. Should a course be cancelled, any payments made will be automatically refunded in full. Thereafter, Krista HR Ltd disclaims any further liability.

Payment in Pounds Sterling is normally required 10 working days in advance of the workshop. Working days are counted as Monday to Friday inclusive except where a Bank Holiday falls within that period of 10 days; here the Bank Holiday is not counted as a working day. The right to refuse attendance if payment is not received on time is reserved.

Cancellation of booking by the delegate or the delegate’s organisation for any reason in the periods below will result in fees being reimbursed as follows:

· up to and including 15 working days from the course date, 0%

· from 16 up to and including 30 working days from the specified starting date, 50%

· no charge will be incurred for cancellation where more than 30 working days notice is given.

If delegates are unable to attend, whether for reasons within or beyond your control and the programme takes place, the above conditions in relation to cancellations will apply.

Krista HR Ltd, its staff and associates will use reasonable endeavours to ensure the accuracy of any information given.

Krista HR Ltd makes no warranty, expressed or implied, as to accuracy and will not be held responsible for any consequence arising out of any inaccuracies or omissions unless such inaccuracies or omissions are the result of negligence on the part of Krista HR Ltd or its servant or agents.

Krista HR Ltd accepts no responsibility for loss occasioned to any person acting or refraining from action as a result of the information disclosed during a course or workshop.

Courses may be filmed and / or photographed. Please indicate at the start of the course if you have any objections to this.

Any data provided will be stored by Krista HR Ltd and will be used solely by Krista HR Ltd.
